But the routine purchase of property is not the story here. If you have any doubts about finding a Realtor in another state your worries are over if you go with Eanes Properties and Samantha Soletti. My husband visited their website while we were living in California and were planning our move to Austin. We hit the jackpot when we started working with Sam. She sent us lots of information and answered all of our questions on new homes, builders, resale homes, schools, loan info.....you name it. If she did not know the answer, which was very seldom, she always got us the information we needed. We made a trip to Texas while living in California and Sam was even more helpful in person. She did not hesitate to take us to look at as many houses as we wanted and even suggested additional homes. This was very beneficial because we didn't know exactly what was "out there" and it allowed us to have more of an open mind; thus making it possible for us to find our perfect home. Samantha represented us honestly, professionally and assertively. She is very sweet but don't let that fool you; she is pleasantly firm and gets the job done! Since we were in California she did our walk through and probably did it more effectively than we would have. She then went back again to make sure all repair requests were done properly. She even picked out the perfect tile for our master bathroom via e-mail messages and pictures. I could go on and on about Sam. She was a wonderful Realtor to work with. I have so many wonderful things to say about Samantha Soletti from Eanes Properties, I hope I can do it without writing a novel! I contacted another realtor about a year before I contacted Samantha. When I told the realtor what I wanted, I was told I could not get what I wanted where I wanted for the price I wanted. Eventually, I gave up looking for a house until a year later when I needed to move. As a last resort, I contacted Samantha(another friend had been helped by her to purchase a house) and told her I needed a miracle. She returned my e-mail by calling me and e-mailing me immediately. She began the search for my miracle and she didn't stop until I was satisfied. She is well informed and knowledgeable--most important, she cares about the people she helps and she tries her best to get them everything they want. She was always looking out for my best interest and she walked me smoothly through what can be a very rough process. I have my miracle, and not only me; but she did the same for my 23 year old son who also purchased a home through her. Her help did not end with the purchase of my home.
